Glance About Nunavut - Nunavut is an area that is in the country of Canada and it is clearly recognized by Canada in 1999. People from all over the world are cordially invited to come here and enjoy the wildlife and Arctic Inuit way of life,.

Nunavut is a stretch of pristine wilderness is vast. and consists of most of the Canadian Arctic, approximately a few percent of the total state land, Nunavut is the largest in western Canada, with a total area is 2,093,190 square kilometers and a total population in the area around 33 330 people.

1.Qikiqtaaluk

The capital of Nunavut, Iqaluit, located in the region Qikiqtaaluk.Wilayah Qikiqtaaluk (also called Qikiqtani, formerly called the Baffin region) includes several islands namely: Melville Peninsula and the northern part of Prince of Wales Island and Somerset Island, Ellef Ringnes Island, Ellesmere Island, Mansel Island, Akimiski Island, Amund Ringnes Island, Axel Heiberg Island, Baffin Island, Bathurst Island, Belcher Islands, Bylot Island, Cornwallis Island, Devon Island, it also includes the eastern part of Melville Island.

2.Kivalliq

Kivalliq regional capital is Inlet.Wilayah Rankin Kivalliq consists of mostly mainland western Canada such as: Hudson Bay, together with Southampton Island and Coats Island. This area was once called Keewatin in the past.

3.Kitikmeot

Kitikmeot region is the capital of Cambridge Bay.Wilayah Kitikmeot Nunavut comprises the southern and eastern parts of Victoria Island, the adjacent part of the mainland as far as Canada Boothia Peninsula, King William Island and the southern part of Prince of Wales Island.
